You have to go into the registry.  Use regedit and go to

Hkey_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

Select fwenc.exe and delete it.  This where a lot of those system hobos 
that sit in your tray doing nothing are started.  When you need to use 
SecuRemote, just fire it up manually.   When I last checked with Norton 
Sysinfo, SR would use 6.2 meg of memory just sitting there.
