Python and a few hours should do the trick. There's good examples on how
to split and analyze logfiles in the wild, first and foremost of course
webalizer and analog. You could even release it under BSD license
afterwards and do some guys a favor who'll be in you situation later.
Judging from a later mail of yours you're running Redmond-OSes, so the
approach would be to get yourself some syslogd for Windows (sorry,
cannot point one out right now, Unix spoken here) and do some small
Python/Perl magic with the resulting files.
