I have and do ues Mylers. They work nicely for some horses and some others don't like them. I do like that you can "lift" up a shoulder if you get the ones that move every which way. :-) The bit I like the best is the KK 3 piece that I use on Ole. BUT...that bit on Silas, didn't work, just wasn't enough there for that boy. The only thing I don't really like about the Myler's is, you really have to make sure they fit well and they seem to run a little different then other bits as they shape to the corners of the mouth, so just make sure you have it sized properly. I just think bits are a very personal thing, that works well with one horse but not another. So much depends on what bit to use, stage of training, disposition, conformation, personality, rider, etc etc etc.... Don't know if this has helped or not, but it's just my opinion. PAT HOLLAND, you are FUNNY!!! Love your description of everyone. THAT IS US!!!! We should have a GREAT time and we DO HOPE EVERYONE stops by to say Hi and to cheer us on. Pat H. and myself are bringing Stallions, sure we will survive but it's a little nerve racking as Madison is really a lot of commotion and lots of horses EVERYWHERE! Please Ole don't let me down now! :-))) He is looking good, feeling good, spring is in the air. So....here we come!! Patti Jo Walter www.franciscreekfjords.com
