So, if you were making a new project from scratch, why would you make a site in Flash over doing one in Flex (that of course can and will use Flash made assets)
The only reason I could come up with was the framework payload in exchange for the flex components... are there any other reasons to consider when selecting Flash vs Flex? TIA
