That is exactly where I am at right now. I will keep poking around and
see if I can get the two programs to recognize each other sufficient to
synchronize the frequencies.

I struggled with this also, and eventually just removed everything from the
"chain" except JT65-HF:
1. I set the PSDR COM port to PTT and selected on COM3
2. I set JT65HF to control the rig on COM13
3. I set VSPMgr to pair COM3 with COM13
4. I turned off HRD, disabled all other COM inputs from other programs
Not saying this is the best way, but it worked for me when I grew exhausted
from trying other options
