Fabian: If you are running on Windows, I could possibly send you a stripchart application that I wrote, which accepts data from JSBSim over a socket. Matlab/Simulink is a good approach, but if you can't get any satisfaction from that route, and want to try a Windows app, let me know and I'll see what I can do about getting that to you.
