Sorry about leaving out the attribution, Ken,
but my previous posts referred Roger to you
and said, "Why not use Ken's 12 ideas and get his
permission first." Thus the attribution was
already made but not in my final text, which
I assumed Roger would do in his final printing.
The little asides were just what I thought
might help with complete strangers, not
technical details, which are certainly important.
Dick, in a conversation with me, acknowledged
his "borrowing" of the term, intermedia He certainly expanded
and richly improved the meaning of the word. I
thought he said Blake but that was 24 years ago.
I also asked for others interpretations of your 12 ideas
much earlier on the list but found nothing forth-
coming. I think these slip-ups happen when we act
in haste and try to respect deadlines. I think it good
you responded as you did. We can all use the
