Dear Omid, you probably need to install GMP development code first. On Debian (presumably on Ubuntu too), this would be apt-get install libgmp3-dev
After that, in the anupq directory, run make clean ./confugure make linux-iX86-cc-gmp Then, assuming there were no errors, do ./testPq to test the package...
