`Elements' will give you a list, but please be aware of the algorithmic issues surrounding finitely presented groups. Issuing the command SetReducedMultiplication(G); beforehand will produce nicer looking elements. Of course, if your group is large, the list of elements might simply not fit into memory, so you might want to check whether you *really* want an element list.
