this is to announce the release of RCWA 3.4.0.
The RCWA package permits computations in [R]esidue-[C]lass-[W]ise [A]ffine
groups, which are (typically infinite) permutation groups acting on Z or on
suitable other rings.
RCWA 3.4.0 is available for download at

A number of examples for the use of RCWA can be found at

The list of changes from earlier versions can be found in the file CHANGES
which is included in the distribution.
