If you update to the latest experimental Fossil (specifically version http://www.fossil-scm.org/fossil/info/012d5e4f23 or later) and do "fossil all rebuild" then if you change the content of a wiki page to be empty, that wiki page will not show up on the list of wiki pages (unless you select the "All" option, in which case the wiki page name will be within <s>..</s>). Is that sufficient for "deleting" a wiki page? D.
