Moving to VC++ 6.0

For FreeAmp 2.1 we are moving our development environment for win32 to
VC++ 6.0. I believe 5.0 can still read the project files... let me know
if there are any problems. 6.0 is supposed to speed things up bit since
they have a better optimizer as well as shrink file sizes.
