Details:
The "Diplomat/Spy actions" menu item brings up the action selection menu for
action against the tile the unit is located at. It work for all action enabler
controlled actions. It should therefore be renamed to reflect that it isn't
limited to spy actions. I would prefer to keep the "d" shortcut.
The best name I can come up with is "Do actions". Any better suggestion?
