OW is highly QC/MSC compatible, compatability with BC was never
planned. :(
but I have used it to some extent and MANY BC31's exclusive functions
are available in OW. I also made a colection of display functions for
BC31 compatibility and all my BC31 programs run just fine.
There are some small qwirks, though, like find_close and very few others.
Ah1 one more: REGS are abit different, but I am sure that a new strucr
could be made to get the same functionality.
