GINA is the library/API used in the windows authentication. We have created a
GINA application which will use radius for AAA, which also provides a per day
anonymous user creation/logon facility, but unfortunately we can't make it
public. In your case you can take a look at pgina
(http://pgina.xpasystems.com/). It already has a RADIUS plugin and is nicely
documented.
When we get enough time on our hands we will integrate our work to pGina and add
EAP-TTLS support for the RADIUS plugin (for more secure password verification).
