That's the ACCOUNTING portion of the RADIUS session. What isn't working is the AUTHENTICATION portion. Which RADIUS server were you using before? Does it have anything that looks like a "users" file? If so, can the entries you need to do MPP be copied from that file, put into FreeRADIUS's "users" file, and edited so that FreeRADIUS will read them? The ONLY difficulty with moving from one RADIUS server to another is getting the new server to send the same RADIUS attributes in a response that the old server sends. NOTHING else is important.
