check permissions on the /private , /private/etc and /private/etc/raddb directory as well as the radiusd.conf file - they need to be readable by the daemon that radiusd runs as (in the config) - and...executable bit set to (for directories..IIRC) alan - List info/subscribe/unsubscribe?
