FreeRADIUS is built with Postgresql && SSL. So it assumes that Postgresql can do SSL, too. The simple fix is to go to the sql_postgresql.c file, and delete the code which refers to PQinitSSL A longer term fix is to update the "configure" script to look for PQinitSSL.
