fvwm24_convert from version 2.4.0 doesn't work if no arguments are
given. It dies with
rigel:~# /root/fvwm-2.4.0/utils/fvwm24_convert
Can't find source file /.fvwm2rc, giving up.
At least with my perl 5.005_03, $HOME isn't defined within the script
(but is set in my environment).
