This depends on implementation. We use the name relief to mean 3d frame.
I don't think 3d should be used for the text shadow, after all we don't
have fghi color. I thought that shadowsize=2 is a good addition to size=14
that we already have with xft. But any other intuitive name is ok for me.

BTW, how do you want to implement this? By drawing a font twice using
the +<int>+<int> offset? Or maybe <int> times using the +1+1 offset?
How anti-aliasing is affected if at all?
