If your old machine was windows then in windows---FW1--R55--config--copy the files objects_5_0.c,standard.W(if thr rulebase name was not changed) and rulebase_5_0.fws.

I made a complete backup of my old hard drive, I'm able to see the filesystem and everything. But when I installed the Checkpoint software the problems I can't see a thing of my old rule base.
