It's resolved, In the NGX 60 version of checkpoint firewall with cluster when you have traffic between a cisco callmanager and VoIP gateway devices the redirection traffic from the callmanager device is dropped, The smart defense contribute to do this but I had unchecked all the settings and nothing had happened. The solution I had found was to create two new services with the same ports of the TCP and UDP H323 protocol and then the problem was solved.
