TypePad just released a beta version of AntiSpam (http://antispam.typepad.com/), which is basically a clone of Akismet. AntiSpam's API is identical to Akismet's, but has much looser usage terms than Akismet's. Would anyone besides myself find it useful to have a ZF component for AntiSpam? If so, I'd be happy to get the proposal process started. It really should only involve modifying Zend_Service_Akismet to be more extensible and creating a new sub class for AntiSpam, but those kind of details should follow later...
