I have updated the @copyright tag for 2010, across the whole ZF tree. Revision 20096 resolves ZF-8718. My apologies for the big commit, affecting nearly every file. Your next svn update will take a while. :-)
I did my best to be careful in this update, to avoid any accidental breakage. I double-checked that the change affected *only* tags in comments. I also ran the default unit tests. Nevertheless, I encourage folks who are working in the ZF trunk to be aware of this change and to do some sanity testing in case something broke. Please make sure you use the current @copyright tag if you are a developer adding new files in ZF.
