Not yet (that I know of), but gb3 is in late beta and several source release candidates have been made available. On the 3.x official release multiple binaries with dependencies will be made and distributed throughout the repositories. For now compile from source. Once the dev dependencies have been installed, you may download and compile the newest gb3 with a few commands.
