You can translate the IDE directly from the IDE, as it is a Gambas project. You must checkout the sources from /trunk (http://gambaswiki.org/wiki/howto/svn) and the project is in '/trunk/app/src/gambas3'. There are other dutch translations in Gambas components too, the projects are in '/trunk/comp/src'.
