That really looks like fun. To able to buy a plate from the ones that are cooking is great and it only cost $8. I was diasppointed a few years ago when attending a rib cookoff that you didn't actually get to eat any of the food being cooked for the competition. There was food available from outside vendors but that just seemed kind of odd too me.
