Gerbv (including 1.0.3) seems to have difficulty reading the format string.
I've been trying to get gerbv to handle the first example Gerber code from the
file:

Running gerbv with a debugger, it appears that the FS (format statement) isn't
properly interpreted. gerbv exits with a complaint that no format statement
has been found.
What obvious thing am I missing? TIA!
