Are you using newlib (file type) or M4 footprints? I rename the directory for the M4 stuff and only use newlib footprints that I create. Does gsch2pcb stop at a point and tell you the results of it's job? > Aside > from that it's just a thru hole definition. Any ideas? This shouldn't make any difference.
