Two months ago I did something similar this way: #! /bin/awk -f !/\tPin/ { print } /\tPin/ {delta=600; if ($3+delta<$5) print; else print "\t"$1" "$2" "$3" "$4" "$3+delta" "$6" "$7" "$8" "$9" "$10; } #! /bin/awk -f !/\tPad/ { print } /\tPad/ {delta=600; if ($5+delta<$7) print; else print "\t"$1" "$2" "$3" "$4" "$5" "$6" "$5+delta" "$8" "$9" "$10; } (two scripts: for pins and for pads to set minimum mask clearance to 3 mil (delta/2/(100 PCB units/mil)) Such things are done in a minute, they don't need any special tool.
