That seems to be a rather esoteric bug. Is there
any point where it causes a problem? Even if PCB
is within spec, if it fails to work with a large
majority of the software out there, maybe it
should be changed to conform with common
usage? But if there is no complaint that this
causes a problem, what is the point?
