Hi COO SEE, There is missing part in flashing guide(I just updated page). You have to flash system kernel image after migration image downloaded to the phone. http://download.tizen.org/releases/system/Tizen_System_20120913_1.tar please download above file and flash it to the phone. after that, you can download 2.0 image.
