Hello Kevin, The best solution is to move to using the text file version of the tables or to the public mySQL server. Both would require some query/tool development on your part.

On the Downloads sever, http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/downloads.html navigate by common name -> assembly -> Annotation Database -> tables. For hg19, the tables would be in this location: http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/downloads.html#human This should help to get you started.
