Hello Kevin,

The best solution is to move to using the text file version of the
tables or to the public mySQL server. Both would require some query/tool
development on your part.

Instructions for connecting to the public mySQL server:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQdownloads.html#download29

Instructions for downloading the files is explained here:
http://genome.ucsc.edu/FAQ/FAQdownloads.html#download1

The files are named the same as the tables. On the Downloads sever,
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/downloads.html navigate by common name ->
assembly -> Annotation Database -> tables.

For hg19, the tables would be in this location:
http://hgdownload.cse.ucsc.edu/downloads.html#human

This should help to get you started. If you have more questions, please
feel free to write back to the mailing list.

Regards,
Jen
