As I've seen, 51 C is fine for where I am (Rio, Brazil). Room temperature here is at about 45 C, pretty hot as well. I looked some tables about processors and their max temperature, and XP 1800+ goes on as high as 90 C. Of course, I don't expect it to live much if using at such a high temp, but 51C might be ok.
