I noticed that my KDE control center lacks the entry for shortcuts. A screenshot at the KDE site shows that such thing exists in KDE3.1. I actually have some shortcuts on, but they were there before upgrading to KDE3.1. I assume that this may have to do with the application khotkeys; well, khotkeys returns nothing from the command line (no error message), nor can I find it in the KDE menu. Any idea?
