I'm having some problems with Open Office after merging xfree-4.3.0-r1. Only a very few fonts show up in the font drop down menu. I know it mentioned to regen your XF86Config file and I did do that but that didn't help. I'm using xfs for fonts. I've tried remerging fontconfig, freetype, and xft and no help at all. This is not a compiled version of Open Office. This is from openoffice.org website. If I try and run Open Office calc all the fonts do show up in the drop down but only momentarily because when I click the drop down xfs dies each time and X along with it. Anyone else had this problem?
