In /etc/portage/package.unmask I have added:
>=sys-devel/gcc-3.3
However, gcc 3.3 is still masked. How to unmask it?

I finally copied gcc-3.3-r1.ebuild to portage overlay and changed keywords from -* to ~x86. Then emerge -Duvp world listed gcc as an update. Thanks for all help!
[ebuild U ] sys-devel/gcc-3.3-r1 [3.2.3-r2] -static -nls -bootstrap +java -build +X
