updatedb
slocate -i Thunderbird | more
and get a list of locations where anything with
Thunderbird is in line.
It's also possible to do:

# qpkg -l mozilla-firebird
 

# qpkg -l mozilla-firebird
-bash: qpkg: command not found
Kindly advise what package generates this command

to list the files that ebuild provides. That's a bette solution because 
it works with every ebuild.
