don't delete everything if you plan to recompile some things. alsa-driver & nvidia-kernel for instance have to be recompiled after each kernel rebuild. I use distclean.py to clean my /usr/portage/distfiles it has not yet destroyed anything.. so far ;-) I've last seen it here: http://www.stacken.kth.se/~foo/gentoo/ run it with '-p' to check what it will remove. -- mathieu -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
