i did #rc-update del (3 times) and #emerge unmerge ... and #del files (of 3 extra logd) in /etc/init.d
but... i can still see log daemon in 'ps aux' and fail messages from boot log.
what should i do more?

You forgot to reboot :) Seriusly, you forgot to reboot or /etc/init.d/servicename stop
