The easiest way that I know of is to just use konqueror.  If you enter 
audiocd:// in the address bar it will show you the contents of the CD in wav, 
mp3 and ogg-vorbis format.  Just select the files and copy them to your hard 
drive.  Doesn't get much easier than that...
