Hello. I have an Epson Stylus Color 777 conncected to an USB port. The kernel modules uhci_hcd, usblp and usbcore are loaded. When testint the connection to the printer with the comand 'escputil --raw-device /dev/usb/lp0 --status' I get "Read from printer timed out" messages.
What am I missing here? I am running gentoo-dev-sources-2.6.1 with an AMD Athlon XP 2000 processor.
