You could try editing /etc/modules.d/hcfpci and removing the final line, the one that reads probeall hcfpciserial hcfpcihw That worked for me when modprobe and kppp couldn't load the commercial Linuxant modules into 2.6. YMMV of course. Richard -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
