Gentoo provides the gun, it does not prevent you pointing at your foot. Hand holding is for other distros, although the lack of the serious warning that you used to get when trying to unmerge python (and still do for gcc, glibc, etc) is a definite backwards step. -- Neil Bothwick ...context...
