Ok, I think i have this all sorted out now. Well sort of. The wfs job hangs
because teamengine is keeping some lingering threads around. Why i can't
figure out. I can reproduce it both locally and on ares but not on the old
gridlock. As to why, beats me. For now i have just updated the scripts to
kill the teamengine instance after a certain period of time and that seems
to work, be it a nasty hack.
Other failures were due to locale issues and the EntiteGenerique layer.
Fixed now.
So Ben looks like cite is happy so you are good to go :)
