Andrea has described where we are at - one thing we are keen on is
volunteer to help update our cite tests.

We are assembling some notes on the wiki:
- https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver/wiki/CITE-Test-Upgrade
- https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver/wiki/CITE-Sprint (earlier effort
to introduce cite to more developers)

Finally you can set up a geoserver and run cite tests from the osgeo
website, please test 2.11-RC1 and report any issues you find :)
