Actually we have talked about doing that, and it's highly likely we'll set
one up in due course. I think it's worth letting the current discussion(s)
run their course and then we'll have a set of concrete decisions to act
upon, one of which will probably be to set up a blog so that GHC devs can
communicate what they're up to.
