Caff is just a Perl hacker's attempt at automating the signing process for those who have configured their local workstation to send mail. You should still be able to do this manually. If you utilize a KDE environment, the script present at http://samat.org/weblog/20070218-gpg-public-key-signing-post-party-automation-with-kmail.html can be used instead of caff.
