Some of the reasons why companies don't give away computers.

A. Don't want to be bothered on deciding who gets one or not.
B. Some of the recipients will bother the techies at work to find out
why their 'Free'
    computer doesn't work
C. Some will complain that their computer doesn't work to management.
Even though it was an
    'as is' situation.
D. They don't want to.
