Patoienchem Fest to be celebrated on Independence Day 2014 in Socorro. The 3rd Patoienchem Fest on Independence Day will be celebrated on 15th August at the Socorro Church grounds . Our Lady of Assumption Mass will be celebrated by the Parish Priest of Socorro church Fr Santana Carvalho at 8.45 followed by procession . At 10.30 am Independence Day will be celebrated and will culminated at 11am with the Patoienchem Fest . This years theme will be the Coconut with over thirty dishes being served . All are welcome to share Sur , Pudde , Sanna , Vhon , Patoieo with Rice , Samarchi coddi and enjoy the best of Goan entertainment .
